nice to stay for 2-3 days !! good puplic transport acces right in front !!
Super friendly staff !!
Breakfast was really sad !! no choice and by the time I came nearly everything was "out of stock" and nobody took care to refill anything.... my breakfast wasn´t include so I went to the reception to told them about and they for that day they didn´t charged me.

Comfortable stay
Enjoyed the convenience of breakfast buffet. Bus stop not far from the hotel.
Pool was a lot smaller than it appears in pictures. Our room had a hole in the bath tub that leaked with every shower. There was also a huge argument outside our room at midnight, then about 4 different rooms with loud music, slamming doors etc (but that can't be helped by the hotel..)

Terrible experience
The location is ok. But our room is terribly dirty top drawers dusty and I had to sanitize it my own, the bedding had small hairs before I even got to undo the quilt cover like someone slept in the beds and repositioned it- baseboards dirty, carpets, mouldy sink & clogged, safe broken, mini bar cooler broken to top it all the internet connection is soooo poor we had to stand the door like the olden days or stick the phone out the door to find a signal. I booked another room for my family which I paid for and their room was far better than mine. Mine was like from an abandoned hotel considering it’s near the chambermaids office.?.. the only 1 positive is the helpful man who assisted us with how to get to places was really the consolation. Never again in this place.. sorry I wasn’t a person who complaints a lot but with the state of the room I was given I had to tell all. I reported them all and only some concerns were addressed 1 day before we were to check out

What was the highlight of ZEN Rooms Balestier
Worst hotel ever
We only had one bed for 3 people, even though I wrote them during the booking and made sure they knew we were 3. They couldn’t put in an extra bed, they didn’t have any more. The pool were more like a bathtub. Worst hotel stay we ever had. The only nice thing about the the hotel was a really nice housekeeper. Horisble breakfast.
